If you choose to have your membership automatically renewed every 365 days by ticking the box below, you may only pay via a PayPal account. However, you may create one during the payment process if you do not have one.
Your membership must be manually approved by an MPBA Director or Officer before you have access to the website. This will normally take no more than 1 or 2 business days. You will receive an email upon approval.
If you are renewing your membership and prefer to pay by check, please do NOT use this form. You will be sent a separate sign-up link once we have received and processed your payment. Please allow take 7-10 days.
